2. Program Description

My Little Circle is a private family memory and storytelling application. By opting in to our messaging program, you consent to receive transactional SMS/MMS messages from My Little Circle, including account notifications, security alerts, and service announcements. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

3. Message Frequency

Up to 10 messages per month. You can adjust your notification preferences within the app at any time.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. My Little Circle does not charge for SMS/MMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from My Little Circle at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from My Little Circle unless you opt in again.

Our messaging program is available to users in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to opt in to receiving messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

8. Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
